Comparison
How It Compares
Uncoated strip is cheaper and dissipates heat better, so it belongs in dry interior channels. Silicone coated strip survives damp and washdown but runs slightly warmer inside the coating. COB strip is the upgrade when the lit line itself is visible.

What reel lengths do you supply?
Reel length is confirmed per model. Tell us the total metreage for your build and we will quote the reel format that wastes the least.
Coated or uncoated?
Uncoated for dry interior channels, silicone coated for lockers, bilges, awnings and anywhere washdown reaches. Coated strip runs a little warmer.
Will the colour match my previous order?
Order a full run from a single reel where possible. If you need continuity across orders, tell us at quotation and we will keep the batch reference.
Can the adhesive hold in a hot vehicle?
For vehicle roof and exterior positions we recommend mechanical retention in addition to the adhesive. Ask us about channel options.
