- IPQC in-process checks on wall thickness, profile shape and colour while the line runs
- Final Inspection on packed goods before the container is loaded

Comparison
Against 60x40 mm, this profile is chosen when the run has to serve a whole floor and keep services separated. Against steel trunking it is lighter, does not corrode and needs no bonding, at lower mechanical strength.
Use Guide
- Design the fixing centres for a fully loaded run, not for the empty profile
- Install the divider before cable is laid so services never share a compartment
- Support the cover at joints so the wide span stays flush
- Leave spare capacity in the riser; this is the run a building extension will use
