Shingfong was established in 1995 and is located at No. 68 QingDong Road, Dongcheng District, Sihui City, Guangdong Province, China. The site covers 38.8 acres and houses 30 sets of automatic production lines. Annual production capacity is 30,000 tons, with an output value of USD 30 million or more.
We have sold PVC pipe and trunking to more than 150 cities at home and abroad, and export to more than 68 countries and regions. Everything is extruded in this one plant, which is why a mixed container leaves on one invoice.

Four Product Ranges Under One Roof
PVC trunking, PVC conduit, PPR pipe and the accessories that join them. Buying all four from one extruder removes the tolerance gap between a profile made in one factory and a fitting made in another.
- PVC cable trunking from 20x10 mm to 100x50 mm compartment sections
- PVC conduit from 10 mm to 40 mm in rigid and cold bending grades

About Working With Shingfong
What is your minimum order quantity?
We quote by container load because that is how PVC profile ships economically. Tell us the sizes and the volume you have in mind and we will tell you what fits into one high cube and what it costs.
How long does production take?
Generally 7 to 15 days after we receive your advance payment. The exact date depends on the items and the quantity; loading one high cube takes 5 to 10 days.
What are your payment terms?
T/T with 30% as deposit and 70% before delivery. We send photos of the finished goods and the packed cartons before you pay the balance.
Can you produce to our samples or drawings?
Yes. We produce from your samples or technical drawings and can discuss building a specific mould for your profile.
Do you charge for samples?
Samples for confirming quality and colour are free of charge; the courier fee is paid by the buyer.
Which certifications do you hold?
RoHS, TUV and SGS. Ask us by email and we will send the current certificate copies for the specific range you are buying.
How do you pack the goods?
Generally in PE bags or carton boxes. Trunking is bundled and wrapped in printed white plastic bags; OEM printing on the bag is available.
