Quality Control
- First Inspection on the opening batch of every mould and colour run
- IPQC in-process checks on wall thickness, profile shape and colour while the line runs
- Final Inspection on packed goods before the container is loaded
Certification: RoHS, TUV and SGS; certificate copies are sent on request.
Comparison
Against screw fixing, adhesive is faster and leaves no damage but is limited to smooth sound surfaces and to the lighter profiles. For 60x40 mm and larger, or for a loaded power run, screw fix.
Use Guide
- Wipe the line with a dry clean cloth; dust is the most common cause of failure
- Offer the base up dry to check the line before peeling anything
- Peel a short section of liner, set the start point, then release the rest along the run
- Press the whole length firmly, then load the cable and clip the cover

Can the tape be applied at your factory?
Yes. Nominate the profiles and we pack them with the tape already applied.
Which surfaces will it not hold on?
Textured or chalky paint, bare masonry, damp walls and hot surfaces in direct sun. Screw fix on those.
Will it hold a large trunking profile?
Not reliably once loaded. Use mechanical fixings for 60x40 mm and above.
Do you sell the tape separately?
Yes, on rolls, as part of the accessories range.
How is it packed?
Generally in PE bags or carton boxes.
