Step by Step
Requirement Review
Send the sample, the drawing or the competitor profile you need matched, with the market and the volume. We come back with what is possible on existing moulds and what needs a new one.
Mould Decision
250+ specifications are already tooled. If your section is not one of them, custom mould design is quoted as its own line, with the tooling cost and lead time stated before you commit.
Material and Colour
New PVC compound as standard. Colour is matched against your physical sample rather than a printed reference.
Sample Approval
Samples for quality and colour confirmation are free; you pay only the courier. Nothing goes into production before you approve them.
Production
Scheduled across 30 automatic lines so a bulk order does not queue behind stock production.
Inspection
First Inspection on the opening batch, IPQC while the line runs, Final Inspection before packing.
Packing and Marking
PE bags or cartons, your printing on the bag, your size marking on the profile, your labels on the bundle.
Loading and Documents
5 to 10 days to finish one high cube. EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF with photos of the packed goods before you pay the balance.

T/T 30% deposit, 70% before delivery

Questions About OEM and ODM Private Label
Do you produce under our brand?
Yes. OEM and ODM orders are welcome, including printing on the profile and on the packaging bag.
Who pays for the mould?
Custom moulds are quoted separately and discussed case by case, together with the volume that justifies them.
Can you copy a profile we already import?
Send the physical sample. We measure it and tell you honestly whether an existing mould matches it or a new one is needed.
How do we confirm colour?
Against a physical sample, free of charge except courier. Screen and print references are not reliable for PVC colour.
