How It Is Packed
Goods are generally packed in PE bags or carton boxes. Trunking is bundled and wrapped in printed white plastic bags; OEM printing on that bag is part of the private label service.
The Volume Problem
Extruded profile is light and bulky. A container of trunking hits its volume limit long before its weight limit, which is why the mix matters more than the tonnage.
Filling the Void
Conduit nests inside larger trunking sections and fittings fill the corners. A planned mix of profile sizes and fittings is the difference between a full container and a container of air.
Loading Time
It takes 5 to 10 days to finish one high cube, which runs in parallel with the 7 to 15 day production window rather than after it.
Before You Pay the Balance
Final Inspection is carried out on the packed goods, and we send photos of the finished products and packages before the 70% balance falls due.
