Magnetic Writing Surface Supply
From board size to finished coil for whiteboard and chalkboard factories.
- Define the board. Board face size, orientation and how many boards come from one width decide the coil width to order. Widths from 600mm to 1500mm are available.
- Choose the surface grade. Painted writing steel for a standard board programme, ceramic writing steel where the board must resist scratching and staining for the life of the room.
- Choose the colour and face. White in high glossy or matt for markers, green or black for chalk, plain or with a 5 x 5cm grid.
- Set the thickness. 0.2mm to 0.6mm for painted grades and 0.4mm to 0.6mm for ceramic grades, decided by how the face is laminated and framed.
Custom Pattern Printed Steel
Wood brick stone camouflage or your own artwork printed into a PCM coating build-up.
- Send the reference. A sample panel, a photograph or a printed swatch of the pattern you want to match.
- Agree the print build. Three colour printing sits between the top coating and the clear varnish, so the pattern is protected rather than exposed.
- Select the base and coating. Base steel GI, GL, EG, CR or aluminium, metallic coating Z60 to Z275 or AZ60 to AZ180, organic coating 20 to 40 micron.
- Fix the coil format. Base metal 0.2mm to 1.2mm, width 800mm to 1500mm, inner diameter 508mm or 610mm, coil weight up to 8 MT.
Appliance Panel Steel Supply
Pre-coated coil that lets an appliance panel leave the press already finished.
- Map the part. Panel size and forming severity set the base metal thickness within the 0.2mm to 1.2mm range.
- Pick the base steel. GI, GL, EG, CR or aluminium according to the corrosion environment the panel sits in.
- Set the coating. Metallic coating Z60 to Z275 or AZ60 to AZ180 and organic coating 20 to 40 micron.
- Choose plain or printed. A plain colour face or a printed pattern face, three colour printing under clear varnish.
