Custom Pattern Printed Steel

All patterns can be custom made. That means a pattern you already sell, a pattern from a project specification or a standard design can be printed into the coating stack rather than laminated on top of it.

A sample panel, a photograph or a printed swatch of the pattern you want to match.
Agree the print build
Three colour printing sits between the top coating and the clear varnish, so the pattern is protected rather than exposed.
Select the base and coating
Base steel GI, GL, EG, CR or aluminium, metallic coating Z60 to Z275 or AZ60 to AZ180, organic coating 20 to 40 micron.
Fix the coil format
Base metal 0.2mm to 1.2mm, width 800mm to 1500mm, inner diameter 508mm or 610mm, coil weight up to 8 MT.
Approve the print
Pattern and colour are approved before the production run is released.
Produce and protect
Polyethylene protection film is applied so the printed face survives forming and transport.
