Appliance Panel Steel Supply

Pre-coated coil that lets an appliance panel leave the press already finished.

PCM steel moves the finishing step out of appliance assembly and into the coil. The panel is coated, printed and filmed before it is formed, which takes the paint line off the critical path.

Map the part

Panel size and forming severity set the base metal thickness within the 0.2mm to 1.2mm range.

Pick the base steel

GI, GL, EG, CR or aluminium according to the corrosion environment the panel sits in.

Set the coating

Metallic coating Z60 to Z275 or AZ60 to AZ180 and organic coating 20 to 40 micron.

Choose plain or printed

A plain colour face or a printed pattern face, three colour printing under clear varnish.

Agree film and packing

Protection film specification and coil packing agreed so the face reaches your line unmarked.

Release production

Specification confirmed in writing, then produced under the QC management system applied at Senko Steel.
