Product Overview

It is special PCM steel, not like common PPGI. Different patterns are available, such as brick pattern, stone pattern, wood pattern and camouflage pattern. All patterns can be custom made. The face is finished on the coating line, so the coil arrives at your press already coloured, printed and protected.

Home appliances steel is a PCM coil, coated and printed before it reaches your press. The panel leaves the line already finished, which removes spraying, curing and touch up from appliance assembly.

Materials

Base steel is galvanized steel, aluzinc steel, electro-galvanized steel, cold rolled steel or aluminium sheet. Coating chemistry is PE, SMP, HDP or PVDF for the top coat and clear varnish, polyester for the primer and epoxy resin for the backing coat.

Manufacturing Process

The coil is finished on a coating line before it reaches your factory. The sequence below shows where colour, pattern and protection are applied.

Use Guide

Confirm the forming severity

Base metal thickness is selected within 0.2mm to 1.2mm according to how sharply the panel is formed.

Keep the film on

Leave the polyethylene protection film in place through forming and transport, and remove it after the panel is fitted.

Store coils dry

Store and transport coils dry and clear of the ground so the cut edges and the backing coat stay sound.

Match width to the panel plan

Order the width that leaves the least trim across your panel modules, within 800mm to 1500mm.
