Problems It Solves

Zodiac programmes fail on calendar arithmetic. Artwork gets approved in November, tooling starts in December, and the container misses the holiday by two weeks. The stock is then dead for a full cycle.

• A deadline that cannot move. Working back from a New Year date, artwork approved with roughly ten weeks to spare clears sampling, tooling, production and sea freight.
• Sets, not singles. Four-piece sets raise the basket value on a gift purchase without four times the tooling, because the pieces share one mould plate.

Dimensions and weight are set per design at drawing stage and confirmed on the quotation, so they are shown as quoted rather than guessed here.

How It Is Made

Artwork becomes a mould drawing, the drawing becomes an aluminium tool, colour is laid into the cavities one colour at a time, and heat cures the whole part into a single soft body. The fixing, a magnet recess, a ring eyelet or a strap anchor, is designed into the body rather than added afterwards.

Finished parts are checked against the approved reference sample held here, not against a photograph or a colour description.

Wipe clean with a damp cloth. The surface is closed, so it does not absorb dirt the way a porous material would. Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight in shop windows where possible.

Some stainless steel and aluminium clad appliance doors are not magnetic at all. In markets where those are common, a line on the packaging saves customer complaints.
