A soft PVC magnet is not printed. It is moulded, colour by colour, in an aluminium tool, and almost every quality problem you can see in a finished magnet was decided before production started.

Christmas Questions
When do we need to place a Christmas order?
For a European or North American shelf date in October, artwork should be approved by early summer so production and sea freight both fit comfortably. Air freight can recover a few weeks but changes the landed cost.
Can you mould a greeting in a language other than English?
Yes. Raised lettering is cut into the mould, so the language is fixed per design. Supply the exact wording with accents at artwork stage, because changing text later means a new mould.
Are these suitable as tree decorations rather than magnets?
The same moulded body can be finished with a hanging cord loop instead of a magnet. Say which finish you need before tooling, since the fixing point is drawn into the design.
Do you supply the magnets already carded for peg display?
Blister carding and header cards can be quoted with the order. Send your card artwork and retail barcode and we will include it in the sample.
