What This Covers
We take OEM orders from customers worldwide and develop samples to customers' own designs. Our R&D team develops new items every year, so a programme can start from your drawing or from a development item you adapt.
How It Runs
Brief and feasibility
Your design, your target price and your date. We say what is achievable against all three before anything else happens.
Development
Where you do not have a finished design, our R&D team can develop a proposal to your brief.
Mould drawing and approval
Same process as any custom item: drawing first, approval second, tooling third.
Private label packing
Your card artwork, your barcode, your carton markings. Packing is quoted with the product.
Production
10 to 15 days at MOQ once the sample is approved.
Reorder
Moulds and approved samples are retained, so repeat runs skip development entirely.

Stock blanks with a logo added look like stock blanks with a logo added. A tooled shape is what makes private label look like a product line.
Packaging as an afterthought
Retail-ready carding, barcodes and carton marks decided late are what hold up a shipment at the last minute.

Can you pack in our own retail packaging?
Yes. Send card or box artwork with your barcode and we will print and pack here so the goods arrive retail ready.
Will our design be offered to other customers?
Discuss exclusivity at quotation so it is agreed in writing before tooling. Say so at the outset if a design must not be shown elsewhere.
What is the minimum order for private label?
5,000 pcs per design, with lower quantities accepted for a trial order so you can see the finished item before committing to a full run.
