Our quality mission is to deliver quality products and service to our customers, and that needs the discipline and control to produce products of consistent quality and reliability. The flow below is the one our production runs to.
What Happens at Each Step
Each stage below names the problem it exists to prevent, and what we do about it.
Material Inspection
Problem: Out-of-spec strip steel becomes a defect that is only visible after forming and coating.
How we handle it: Incoming material is inspected before it reaches the press. Material that fails is returned rather than run.
First Lot Sample Inspection
Problem: A tooling or setup error repeated across a full lot is expensive to rework.
How we handle it: The first lot off the tool is inspected as a sample before mass production is released.
Inspection During Mass Production
Problem: Tools wear and dimensions drift over a long run.
How we handle it: Random inspection during mass production covers 30 to 40 percent of output.
Finished Goods Inspection
Problem: A defect rate that is discovered late contaminates the whole shipment.
How we handle it: Finished goods are inspected against the lot. At or above 10 percent defective, mass production is stopped. Below 10 percent, the affected pieces go to repair or rework.
Comprehensive Performance Inspection
Problem: Dimensional conformity alone does not prove the part works.
How we handle it: A comprehensive performance inspection of 15 to 20 minutes is run on the finished product.
Packaging
Problem: Damage in the carton undoes everything that came before it.
How we handle it: Packaging follows the approved packing spec, and packed goods pass to the pre-delivery check.
Inspection Before Delivery
Problem: Mixed or mislabelled cartons create claims at the customer warehouse.
How we handle it: A final inspection before delivery checks the packed consignment against the order.

What happens when a lot fails inspection?
At or above 10 percent defective, mass production is stopped. Below 10 percent, the affected pieces go to repair or rework and are re-inspected.
Do you hold a documented quality system?
Yes. We maintain a documented quality management system with procedures covering resource management, process control, verification and continuous improvement.
Can we inspect before shipment?
Yes. Third party or customer inspection can be arranged before delivery; tell us at the order stage so the schedule allows for it.
