Hardware is dense and low value per kilo, so packing and mode decide whether a shipment makes commercial sense. We agree both before production rather than after.
What Happens at Each Step
Each stage below names the problem it exists to prevent, and what we do about it.
Incoterm
Problem: An incoterm chosen after production has to fit the packing that already exists.
How we handle it: EX Works, FOB, CIF, DDU or DDP agreed at the order stage, so the carton and pallet spec is built for the mode.
Mode
Problem: Sea freight is cheap but slow; courier is fast but rarely economic for steel.
How we handle it: We ship by sea, by rail or by courier. Rail suits European buyers who need a middle option between sea and air.
Cartonisation
Problem: Brackets that nest badly waste a third of the carton.
How we handle it: Flat bracket and plate profiles are nested so carton count follows the pieces rather than the air between them.
Knock Down Shipping
Problem: Assembled steel pallets ship mostly air.
How we handle it: Steel pallets ship dismountable and are assembled on arrival, which is what makes importing them economic.
Labelling
Problem: Unlabelled or mislabelled cartons create receiving errors that surface weeks later.
How we handle it: Carton marking is agreed with the packing spec, under your label or ours.
Payment
Problem: Payment terms are the last thing agreed and the first thing to delay a shipment.
How we handle it: We accept T/T, D/P, L/C, Western Union and PayPal.

How do I get samples?
Samples under US$20 in value are free if you have a DHL, TNT, UPS or FedEx account or agree to pay the freight. Above US$20 we ask you to cover the sample and freight cost and we ship on receipt of payment.
