Code of Conduct
We strive to follow the principles below and take the measures necessary to ensure that the supply chain involved in our production process observes them too.
Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining
We respect the right of workers to form unions freely and democratically, do not discriminate against workers because of trade union membership, and respect the right to bargain collectively. We do not prevent workers representatives from having access to workers in the workplace.
No Discrimination
We do not discriminate, exclude or show preference on the basis of gender, age, religion, race, caste, birth, social background, disability, ethnic or national origin, nationality, union membership, political affiliation or opinion, sexual orientation, family responsibilities, marital status or disease. Employees are not harassed or disciplined on any of these grounds.
Fair Remuneration
We respect the right of employees to fair remuneration sufficient to provide a decent living for themselves and their families, together with the social benefits granted by law.
Decent Working Hours
We ensure employee working hours comply with local law.
No Child Labour
We do not employ, directly or indirectly, children below the minimum age for completing compulsory schooling as defined by law, which shall not be less than 16 years.
No Bonded Labour
We do not engage in servitude, forced, bonded, indentured, trafficked or non-voluntary labour. Employees may leave work and terminate their employment on reasonable notice, and are not subject to inhumane or degrading treatment, corporal punishment, coercion or verbal abuse.
Protection of the Environment
We take the measures necessary to avoid environmental degradation, assess the significant environmental impact of our operations, and maintain policies and procedures that reflect our environmental responsibility.
Ethical Business Behaviour
We do not take part in corruption, extortion or embezzlement, nor in any form of bribery, including the promising, offering, giving or accepting of improper monetary or other incentives.
