What Makes a Quote Come Back Faster
We do not use enquiry forms. Email or the phone reaches a person, and the more of the list below you include, the fewer rounds it takes.
- The product code and model name, or a photograph if you are not sure
- The size and the finish you need
- The quantity, and whether it is a trial order or a running programme
- Your destination port and preferred shipping term
- For an OEM part, a drawing or a physical sample, or both
- Whether you need private label packing and what goes on the carton
- Any deadline the shipment has to meet
- Whether you want a sample first; samples under US$20 in value are free where you cover the freight

How can I get samples?
We can supply free samples where the sample value is less than US$20 and you have a DHL, TNT, UPS or FedEx account or agree to pay the freight cost. Where samples cost more than US$20 we ask you to pay the sample and freight cost, and we send the samples on receipt of payment.
