OEM And Private Label Programme
We offer customers private labels as well as our own brand. A private label programme is not just a printed carton: it is a size ladder, a finish standard and a packing spec that has to hold across every model in the range.
What Happens at Each Step
Each stage below names the problem it exists to prevent, and what we do about it.
Range Definition
Problem: A range assembled from whatever each factory happens to stock arrives visually inconsistent.
How we handle it: We start from the size ladders we already run, mark the gaps, and quote the gaps as tooling items rather than as a new supplier.
Sample Approval
Problem: Sign-off on a drawing alone leaves the finish and the feel unresolved.
How we handle it: Samples under US$20 in value are free where you have a courier account or cover the freight. Above that we ask for the sample and freight cost and ship on receipt of payment.
Tooling
Problem: A custom profile normally means a tooling charge that kills a small programme.
How we handle it: Where a size sits between existing steps on a ladder, the tool change is usually modest. On steel pallets, customized sizes carry no extra mould cost at all.
Production
Problem: Split production across factories and the finish standard drifts between models.
How we handle it: All lines run in our own press shop, so the same coating standard and the same inspection flow apply across the whole range.
Inspection
Problem: Finding a defect at the customer warehouse is the most expensive place to find one.
How we handle it: Material inspection, first-lot sample inspection, random inspection during mass production at 30 to 40 percent, finished goods inspection, a 15 to 20 minute comprehensive performance inspection, and a final inspection before delivery.
Packing And Label
Problem: Retail sets are returned when the screws are missing or the label is wrong.
How we handle it: Retail sets can be packed with mounting screws, under your label or ours, to a packing spec agreed before the first run.
Shipping
Problem: Incoterms chosen late cost more than they save.
How we handle it: EX Works, FOB, CIF, DDU or DDP by sea, rail or courier, agreed before production so the packing suits the mode.
