Which dispersants are declared VOC-free?
QK3770 and QK3755 both carry a declaration of no VOC below 1500 ppm, as does QK8521.
Will the levelling agent block recoating?
QK702 reduces surface tension only slightly and the data sheet states it does not affect recoating or intercoat adhesion. Confirm with an adhesion test in your own system.
Why must waterborne dispersant grinds be resin-free?
Resin, amine and co-solvent compete with the dispersant for the pigment surface. QK3770 and QK3755 both require grinding in water alone, then letting down.
