QK3755 is a high molecular weight block copolymer dispersant with pigment affinity groups, supplied at 40% active in water and free of VOC below 1500 ppm. It is written for resin-free waterborne pigment concentrates carrying 30 to 60% pigment, which can then be used to tint standard waterborne bases such as acrylic dispersions or water-soluble acrylic resins.

Recommended Dosage
All dispersant and additive dosage figures below are quoted exactly as the source data sheet quotes them. Dispersant figures are percentages on pigment weight, not on the total batch. The published values are empirical, so confirm the optimum with a dosage ladder in your own system.

Use Guide
- Grind in water only, without resin, amine or co-solvent, then let down.
- Mix the additive into water before adding pigment.
- If the drum has been below 0C, warm it to 20C and stir before drawing product.
- Avoid direct skin contact; rinse with soap and water if it occurs.

- Let the concentrate down into each target base and check for flocculation and colour shift
- Confirm pigment content and fineness on every concentrate batch
- Run freeze-thaw on the concentrate if it will be shipped in winter
