A spray dryer for turning concentrated liquid into powder, used mainly for milk powder and fruit juice powder. The inner cylinder of the drying tower is SUS304 stainless steel mirror plate with a thickness of no less than 2.5mm, the tower body is insulated, and a stainless steel platform, stairs and railings are fitted outside for access. Product contact surfaces are mirror polished to Ra no more than 0.8μm. Product recovery rate is no less than 97% and finished particle size after drying is 80 -120M. Working capacity runs from 1000L/H to 30,000L/H.
