Field soil carried into the plant ends up in the juice, so washing is the first real quality gate on a fruit line. Model HTK-FWM-01 washes different types of fruit and is used widely on fruit juice production lines. Two washing methods can be chosen: a brush washing machine for firm skinned fruit where mechanical action is needed, and a surfing-water washing machine where the fruit is too delicate for brushes. Working capacity is 1T/H to 30T/H and construction is SUS304. Workshop output is 50Unit/Month.
