Returnable crates come back from the trade dirty, and hand washing them will not keep up with a filling line. Model HTK-XXJ-01 washes fruit crates, bread crates and milk product crates at a working capacity of 150 to 1200 crates/hour, set to the throughput your line needs. Product contact construction is SUS304. Steam heating, electrical heating and hot water types are all available so the wash temperature can be raised using whichever utility the plant already runs.
