Choosing From The Range
How do I choose between your five profiles?
Start from four inputs: system voltage level, application whether suspension tension dead-end or substation, environment covering pollution level altitude humidity and coastal or industrial exposure, and required mechanical load. Standard profile suits clean air, anti-fog suits wet conductive film, aerodynamic suits dry abrasive dust, and the alternating profiles suit heavy solid particulate.
Are the 160 kN discs interchangeable with each other?
The U160BD, U160BSV and U160BLT all share 155 mm spacing and 20 ball and socket coupling, so they are mechanically interchangeable. They differ in creepage distance at 380 mm, 450 mm and 550 mm and in disc diameter at 420 mm, 300 mm and 330 mm.
Do you supply the fittings as well as the discs?
Yes. We supply complete sets covering glass insulator discs, coupling fittings and assembly strings, rather than loose discs only.
Do you accept OEM and ODM customization?
Yes. We support customised creepage distance, special fittings and connection structures, colour, packaging and marking customization, and project-specific design.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We accept both small trial orders and large bulk orders. Contact us with your quantity and specification for details.
