The 10 inch suction hose is a DN250 PVC suction line for trash pumps and dewatering sets working in mud, flood water and abrasive slurry. The rigid PVC helix is bonded into the wall so the hose resists collapse on the inlet side, and lengths run up to 30 m (100 ft) so a pump can be sited well back from a soft bank. Temperature range is -10°C to 70°C.
