What We Did About It
Access point quantities were set from concurrent client counts per space rather than floor area, and mount kits were resolved into specific part numbers per building type before any order was placed.

Density requirement captured per space and converted into an access point count

PoE class per access point checked against the real budget on each access switch

Mount kits and antenna variants resolved per building type and added to the bill of materials

Hardware released building by building against the vacation install calendar

Access points were counted against the per building kit list and serials recorded per building so each install crew could reconcile on site
