A framed LED mirror with a golden frame and an integrated shelf. It is the decorative end of the range, and it is built to the same inspection standard as the mirrors we supply to Hilton properties.
What This Model Is For
This is the model specified when the bathroom needs a piece of joinery rather than a plain mirror. The golden powder coated frame carries the glass, the light and a shelf, so one fixing point does the work of three.
Everything behind the decoration is the same as our frameless range: 5mm silver glass, safety backing, strong structural bonding and UL listed or CE certified electrical parts.

How This Model Is Built
Distortion Free Silver Mirror
5mm environmental silver mirror with a fingerprint-proof frosted panel. No copper and no lead in the coating, so the silver edge does not creep or corrode in a wet bathroom.
Shatter Proof Safety Backing
Safety backing film is bonded to the rear of the glass, so a broken mirror stays in one piece instead of falling into a guest bathroom.
Powder Coated Anti Rust Frame
Strong powder coating adhesion on the aluminium body. The coating does not flake off the metal and the metal does not rust.
Structural Bonding
High strength adhesive and a rigid aluminium structure hold the glass, the light box and the mounting plate together as one assembly.
Easy Installation System
A wall plate is fixed first, then the mirror is hung on it. One installer can set a mirror without a second pair of hands on site.
Clean on Every Surface
Every face of the finished product is cleaned and inspected, including the back and the edges the guest never sees.

Materials
5mm environmental silver mirror without copper or lead, shatter-proof safety backing film, powder coated anti-rust aluminium body, and LED strip or T5 tube light sources with UL listed or CE certified electrical parts.
Manufacturing Process
Glass cutting and edge work, frosting of the light band, aluminium body fabrication and powder coating, LED and driver assembly, structural bonding, cleaning of every surface, then electrical test, load bearing test and final inspection before packing.
Quality Control
Each mirror is inspected before assembly and tested before packing. The mounting system is load bearing tested. Zero complaints is the goal the line is measured against.

UL, cUL, ETL, cETL, CE, SAA, IP44 and RoHS. All electrical parts are UL listed or CE certified, and the lighting meets JA8 standards and Title 24 requirements.

Installing and Living With It
Check the fixing height allows clearance for the shelf above the vanity top and any tap or backsplash.
Fix the wall plate, make the electrical connection, then hang the complete framed assembly.
Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents on the powder coated frame; a damp soft cloth is enough.
Keep the shelf loading sensible; it is designed for bathroom amenities, not for storage boxes.
