Every Stage From Requirement to Handover
- Stage 1
Schedule Alignment
We work backwards from your bathroom fit-out date through freight, customs and the 30 to 45 working day production window.
- Stage 2
Room Type Schedule
Sizes are confirmed per room type and produced in the same batch so that appearance does not vary between floors.
- Stage 3
Material Control
Glass, frosting and LED output are fixed for the whole order rather than bought per shipment.
- Stage 4
Assembly
Mirrors are assembled with structural bonding and powder coated aluminium bodies, then cleaned on every surface.
- Stage 5
Inspection and Load Test
Each mirror is inspected before assembly and the mounting system is load tested before the unit is packed.
- Stage 6
Shipment and Customs
We ship from the factory to the project site or warehouse and clear customs, so the mirrors arrive when the bathrooms are ready.
