180 guest bathroom mirrors at a single size of W40" x H30", all of which had to match each other and pass a Hilton brand finish review.

What We Supplied
A framed hotel LED mirror built to the Hilton standard we already supply, with 5mm environmental silver glass, safety backing, a powder coated anti-rust body and UL listed electrical parts.
Manufacturing Process
All 180 units were produced in one batch with the glass, frosting and LED output fixed across the order, so unit 1 and unit 180 came off the line to the same specification.
Supply Chain Coordination
Shipment was arranged from the factory to the property with customs cleared, so the mirrors arrived as the bathrooms were finished rather than sitting in a bonded warehouse.
Quality Control
Every mirror was inspected before assembly and the mounting system was load tested. Each unit was cleaned on every surface, including the rear, before packing.
