What We Supplied
A framed LED mirror with a powder coated metal frame, 5mm environmental silver glass and electrical parts that are UL listed or CE certified, covered by our cUL and cETL certificates for Canada.
Manufacturing Process
Frames were welded and powder coated before assembly so the corners survive handling, then bonded to the glass and light box as a single structural assembly.
Supply Chain Coordination
Shipment to Canada with customs clearance handled as part of the supply, delivered against the fit-out programme.
Quality Control
Frame finish was checked batch by batch so the colour did not drift between the first and last carton, and each unit was cleaned and inspected before packing.
