Most of what we manufacture is customised. A stock catalogue is easy to sell and hard to install: real projects have a tap in the wrong place, a tile module that does not divide, and a brand standard that specifies a frame finish nobody stocks.
Every Stage From Requirement to Handover
- Stage 1
Requirement Review
You send the project type, models, sizes, quantities, required functions and the date you need the mirrors on site. That is the whole brief we need to start.
- Stage 2
Design Solution
We produce a drawing for the mirror or cabinet, including the light band, the switch position, the defogger area and the fixing method.
- Stage 3
Specification Sheet
A specification sheet is issued so the mirror can go into a submittal package without being redrawn by the design team.
- Stage 4
Sample or Approval
Where the property requires it, a production sample is made and approved before the batch runs.
- Stage 5
Production
30 to 45 working days, with glass, frosting and LED output fixed for the whole batch.
- Stage 6
Inspection and Packing
Each unit is tested and inspected before it is packed, including the load bearing test on the mounting system.

It depends on how many review rounds the property requires. Production of 30 to 45 working days starts once the drawing is approved.
