Post-Press Machinery For Rigid and Collapsible Box Plants
Guorun builds two families of machine: assembly and forming machines that wrap cover paper onto rigid shells, and collapsible box lines that glue folding boxes so they ship flat and erect square. Both use computer-controlled glue spraying rather than roller coating, and both assemble bottomless, enclosed and bottomed inner boxes without a mould.

Where Rigid Box Production Goes Wrong and What Fixes It
A scratch on the lid rejects a perfectly formed boxMatte film, tactile film and gold or silver card mark when the shell is dragged across a surface. The suspended positioning shell device on the GR-580/720ZA and GR-950WA holds the shell clear during transfer.

From Box Drawing To Commissioned Line
Rigid Box Assembly Lines
A rigid box assembly line is specified from the box, not the machine. Guorun works backwards from your cover size, inner box type, film finish and daily volume to the model that covers all four, then commissions and tests the machine in Wenzhou before it ships.
Collapsible Box Forming Lines
Collapsible box lines are specified around the fold, not the footprint. Wing and side panel sizes, the number of links in the board system and the placement accuracy decide whether the box erects square at the customer's warehouse. Guorun builds three levels of the same process.
Post-Press Glue Spraying
Every Guorun machine applies adhesive by computer-controlled spraying rather than roller coating. The control system sprays stripe, dot and mist patterns, and can spray fonts and logos, which saves glue, holds adhesion and leaves no missed areas. The GR-500B online glue drawing machine covers inline gluing within an existing line.

Built In Our Own Workshop
Machines Are Assembled Wired and Test Run Before They Ship
Guorun runs an independent processing centre and research and development team in Ruian, Wenzhou. Frames are built, drives and controls fitted, then each machine is run with the customer's own box format before it is crated.
Eleven granted Chinese patents cover the forming, feeding, conveying and glue spraying mechanisms behind that equipment, including the sky-and-earth cover forming mechanism and the dual station glue spraying mechanism.
