Problems This Line Is Meant To Remove
- Hard shells have no outside pocket. Textile bodies carry exterior pockets for documents, laptops and the things that are needed before the case is opened.
- The case comes home fuller than it left. Expandable gussets are part of the family rather than a separate model.
- Colour ranges are limited by tooling. Fabric and trim change without new moulds, so a range can be wide from the first season.
- Freight cost erodes the margin. Lower weight and better compression in transit than an equivalent hard shell.

The same four steps apply to every product Guli ships. They are deliberately simple, because complicated inspection plans are the ones that get skipped.
Approved Sample
Material, colour, hardware and packaging are signed off physically before production. Both sides keep a copy.
Production Reference
The approved sample is the standard the run is measured against, not a catalogue photograph.
Pre-Shipment Check
Goods are checked against that sample and against the packing specification before the container is loaded.
Packing Plan
Carton, inner packing and loading are planned for your route, because that is where most damage and most wasted freight comes from.
