- Capacity varies between production runs. Capacity is confirmed on the approved sample and held as the reference.
- Breakage in transit destroys the margin. Inner packing and carton construction are specified with the order.
- Print wears off after a few washes. Decoration method is chosen for the use case and approved on a sample.
- Shelf presentation is an afterthought. Retail packaging, barcode and display carton are part of the specification.
How It Is Built
Everything below is confirmed per model and per programme rather than fixed across the whole range. Where a value depends on your order, it is settled at quotation and locked on the approved sample.

The same four steps apply to every product Guli ships. They are deliberately simple, because complicated inspection plans are the ones that get skipped.
Approved Sample
Material, colour, hardware and packaging are signed off physically before production. Both sides keep a copy.
Production Reference
The approved sample is the standard the run is measured against, not a catalogue photograph.
Pre-Shipment Check
Goods are checked against that sample and against the packing specification before the container is loaded.
Packing Plan
Carton, inner packing and loading are planned for your route, because that is where most damage and most wasted freight comes from.

Yes. Send the artwork and the print area and we will proof it and approve a physical sample before production.
Do you supply gift boxes?
Yes, along with sleeves, shrink packing and display cartons.
How do you protect against breakage?
Inner packing and carton construction are specified for your shipping route and confirmed on a drop-tested pack where required.
Can you match a Pantone reference?
We match as closely as the substrate and decoration method allow and approve a physical sample as the reference.
