Luggage Covers
A cover is the cheapest thing in a travel programme and one of the most reordered. It keeps a shell from scuffing, it makes an identical black case findable on a carousel, and it gives a brand a printable surface that costs nothing in tooling.
Because covers are cut to standard case dimensions rather than moulded, a single artwork programme can cover an entire size range — which is why they work so well as an add-on to a luggage order or as a standalone promotional line.

- Every case on the belt looks the same. A printed cover is the fastest way to make one findable.
- Shells scuff before the second trip. The cover takes the abrasion instead of the shell.
- Branding a hard shell costs tooling. Artwork goes on the cover, not the mould.
- Small accessories are ordered from a third supplier. Covers ship on the same order and the same container as the cases.

How This Line Is Checked
The same four steps apply to every product Guli ships. They are deliberately simple, because complicated inspection plans are the ones that get skipped.
Approved Sample
Material, colour, hardware and packaging are signed off physically before production. Both sides keep a copy.
Production Reference
The approved sample is the standard the run is measured against, not a catalogue photograph.
Pre-Shipment Check
Goods are checked against that sample and against the packing specification before the container is loaded.
Packing Plan
Carton, inner packing and loading are planned for your route, because that is where most damage and most wasted freight comes from.

Covers are cut to standard size bands. Send the external dimensions of the cases you sell and we will confirm the matching band.
Can we use our own artwork?
Yes. Send vector or high-resolution artwork and we will proof the layout on the cover pattern before sampling.
Can covers be packed with the case?
Yes — bundled packing with a matching case is a common way to run this line.
Are covers a good promotional item?
They are one of the best, because the whole surface is printable and there is no tooling cost.
