Problems This Line Is Meant To Remove
- Temperature claims are not comparable. We specify the fill weight and construction rather than relying on an unverified rating.
- Bags will not go back in the sack. The compression sack is sized against the actual bag, on a sample.
- Zips snag the lining. Zip gauge and baffle are specified and checked at sampling.
- Packed size ruins the shelf plan. Packed dimensions are confirmed before the carton plan is set.
How It Is Built
Everything below is confirmed per model and per programme rather than fixed across the whole range. Where a value depends on your order, it is settled at quotation and locked on the approved sample.

How This Line Is Checked
The same four steps apply to every product Guli ships. They are deliberately simple, because complicated inspection plans are the ones that get skipped.
Approved Sample
Material, colour, hardware and packaging are signed off physically before production. Both sides keep a copy.
Production Reference
The approved sample is the standard the run is measured against, not a catalogue photograph.
Pre-Shipment Check
Goods are checked against that sample and against the packing specification before the container is loaded.
Packing Plan
Carton, inner packing and loading are planned for your route, because that is where most damage and most wasted freight comes from.

Can two bags be zipped together?
On models with matching left and right hand zips, yes. Tell us if you need the pair and we will specify it.
How do you decide fill weight?
From the use case and the market. Tell us the season and the countries and we will propose weights and sample them.
Can you brand the compression sack?
Yes — printed branding on the sack is the most visible option because that is how the product sits on the shelf.
Are the bags washable?
Care instructions are set with the fabric and fill specification and printed on the care label.
