Polypropylene is the shell buyers reach for when the case will be treated badly and replaced on price rather than repaired. It takes impact and flex without cracking the way a brittle shell does, which makes it the usual answer for value retail, rental fleets and markets where baggage handling is unforgiving.

- Cheap shells crack on the first trip. PP flexes rather than shatters, which is what the entry tier usually gets wrong.
- An entry tier looks like a different brand. The PP family follows the same styles as the ABS and PC lines so a range still reads as one collection.
- Replacement sizes go out of stock. Single sizes run on the same models as the sets.
- Freight eats the margin on cheap cases. Nesting sets and carton planning are set with you so the container is filled, not shipped half empty.

Everything below is confirmed per model and per programme rather than fixed across the whole range. Where a value depends on your order, it is settled at quotation and locked on the approved sample.

How This Line Is Checked
The same four steps apply to every product Guli ships. They are deliberately simple, because complicated inspection plans are the ones that get skipped.
Approved Sample
Material, colour, hardware and packaging are signed off physically before production. Both sides keep a copy.
Production Reference
The approved sample is the standard the run is measured against, not a catalogue photograph.
Pre-Shipment Check
Goods are checked against that sample and against the packing specification before the container is loaded.
Packing Plan
Carton, inner packing and loading are planned for your route, because that is where most damage and most wasted freight comes from.
PP Luggage Questions
How is PP different from ABS?
PP flexes further under impact and is less prone to cracking, which matters most in rough-handling markets. ABS takes deep colour and detail better. We will quote both if you are undecided.
Can PP cases be printed?
Surface decoration options depend on the model — tell us what you need and we will confirm what the shell will hold.
Do you supply PP as sets?
Yes, as nesting sets and as single sizes on the same models.
Is PP suitable for a premium line?
Usually not as the top tier. It is the tier that keeps a collection's entry price honest without embarrassing the brand.
