Printing turns one shell into an entire seasonal range. The mould stays the same, the artwork changes, and a buyer gets four or five shelf-distinct SKUs without new tooling — which is why printed PC is where licensed, character and travel-retail programmes usually land.
Artwork is prepared against the actual shell development, not a flat rectangle, so the graphic lands where you expect it after the panel is formed. Colour is signed off on a printed sample before production, because a screen never matches a shell.

Problems This Line Is Meant To Remove
- New graphics normally mean new tooling. Printing gives you a new SKU on an existing shell, so the range widens without the tooling bill.
- Artwork distorts once the shell is formed. Files are laid out against the formed panel, so the graphic reads correctly on the finished case.
- Screen colour never matches the shell. A printed sample is approved before production and becomes the colour reference.
- Short seasons leave dead stock. Print runs are sized to the season rather than to a mould's payback period.
How It Is Built
Everything below is confirmed per model and per programme rather than fixed across the whole range. Where a value depends on your order, it is settled at quotation and locked on the approved sample.

How This Line Is Checked
The same four steps apply to every product Guli ships. They are deliberately simple, because complicated inspection plans are the ones that get skipped.
Approved Sample
Material, colour, hardware and packaging are signed off physically before production. Both sides keep a copy.
Production Reference
The approved sample is the standard the run is measured against, not a catalogue photograph.
Pre-Shipment Check
Goods are checked against that sample and against the packing specification before the container is loaded.
Packing Plan
Carton, inner packing and loading are planned for your route, because that is where most damage and most wasted freight comes from.

What artwork format do you need?
Send vector artwork or a high-resolution layered file and the print area you have in mind. We lay it out against the formed shell and return a proof before sampling.
Can you print a design we already sell in another product?
Yes, as long as you hold the rights to it. We will adapt the layout to the shell development.
How many SKUs can share one shell?
As many artworks as your range needs — that is the reason printed PC exists. The shell tooling does not change.
Will the printed colour match my brand guide?
We approve a printed sample against your reference before production. A screen or a printed swatch on paper will not match a formed shell, so the sample is the reference.
