Covers are the highest-repeat item on an outdoor furniture shelf, because they are bought at the end of one season and replaced two seasons later. They are also the easiest way to add margin to a furniture sale.
The programme is cut-to-size: send the dimensions of the furniture you already sell and we will build the covers to fit it, including hanging chairs, grills and sofa sets.

- Covers do not fit the furniture. Covers are cut to the dimensions of the pieces you actually sell.
- Water pools on the top and collapses the cover. Panel shaping and vents are specified so water runs off.
- Covers blow away. Drawcords, straps and buckles are specified per size.
- Seams leak before the fabric fails. Seam construction is specified alongside the fabric.
How It Is Built
Everything below is confirmed per model and per programme rather than fixed across the whole range. Where a value depends on your order, it is settled at quotation and locked on the approved sample.

How This Line Is Checked
The same four steps apply to every product Guli ships. They are deliberately simple, because complicated inspection plans are the ones that get skipped.
Approved Sample
Material, colour, hardware and packaging are signed off physically before production. Both sides keep a copy.
Production Reference
The approved sample is the standard the run is measured against, not a catalogue photograph.
Pre-Shipment Check
Goods are checked against that sample and against the packing specification before the container is loaded.
Packing Plan
Carton, inner packing and loading are planned for your route, because that is where most damage and most wasted freight comes from.

Can you cover furniture we did not supply?
Yes. Send the dimensions — length, width, height and any awkward projections — and we will cut covers to fit.
How do you stop water pooling?
Panels are shaped so the top sheds water, and larger covers carry vents. Both are specified before sampling.
Do covers fit hanging egg chairs?
Yes, including the frame. Send the frame dimensions with the chair.
What fabric weight should I choose?
It depends on the climate and how long the furniture stays outside. Tell us the market and we will recommend a weight.
