Kids luggage is judged by a child in about four seconds and by the parent for the next three years. That splits the brief in two: the case has to be immediately appealing on the shelf, and it has to survive being sat on, towed sideways and dropped down a stairwell.
Guli treats the kids size as part of the main luggage family rather than a novelty item, so a child's case can share the shell, the colour language and the packaging system of the adult range it sits beside.

Problems This Line Is Meant To Remove
- Kids cases are treated as toys and fail as luggage. The kids size runs on the same shell logic as the adult range rather than a lighter, weaker build.
- Character graphics arrive late in the season. Printing runs on existing shells, so artwork changes do not wait for tooling.
- Sizes do not match a cabin allowance. Sizes are confirmed against the airline allowances of your target market at quotation.
- The child's case does not match the family set. Kids sizes can be built in the same colour and finish as the adult family.

Everything below is confirmed per model and per programme rather than fixed across the whole range. Where a value depends on your order, it is settled at quotation and locked on the approved sample.

How This Line Is Checked
The same four steps apply to every product Guli ships. They are deliberately simple, because complicated inspection plans are the ones that get skipped.
Approved Sample
Material, colour, hardware and packaging are signed off physically before production. Both sides keep a copy.
Production Reference
The approved sample is the standard the run is measured against, not a catalogue photograph.
Pre-Shipment Check
Goods are checked against that sample and against the packing specification before the container is loaded.
Packing Plan
Carton, inner packing and loading are planned for your route, because that is where most damage and most wasted freight comes from.
