From Brief To Container
Brief
You send the product, the target market and the landed price you need. A reference sample or a drawing shortens this by a week.
Selection and quotation
We come back with the models that fit, the material options behind the price, and a written quotation.
Sampling
Colour, material, hardware and packaging are approved on a physical sample. That sample becomes the production reference.
Production and shipping
Production runs against the approved sample, goods are inspected, and packing is planned for your container.

Both routes are normal here. Which one is right depends on how much of the product has to be yours and how fast you need it on a shelf.
Select From The Range
Fastest route. Existing models, existing tooling, and changes limited to colour, material, trim, branding and packaging. One sampling round is usually enough.
Built To Your Design
We can also customise per your designs and requirements. Send drawings or a reference sample; expect more sampling rounds and, where a moulded product is involved, a tooling conversation up front.
The Approved Sample Is The Standard
Not a catalogue photograph, not a colour code on a screen, not a description in an email. A physical sample both sides have signed off.
Agree The Specification
Material, construction, hardware, colour, branding and packing, written down before sampling starts.
Approve The Sample
You approve a physical sample. Both sides keep one. That is the reference for the whole run and for repeats.
Check Before Loading
Production is checked against the sample and against the packing specification before the container is loaded.
Record What Shipped
The sample, the specification and the packing list stay on file so a repeat order starts from evidence rather than memory.
Where Most Of The Margin Is Won Or Lost
- Carton plan agreed before production. Not after the goods are ready, when it is too late to change anything.
- Nesting and folding used where the product allows it. Luggage sets, bins, tables and hammocks all ship very differently depending on this one decision.
- Mixed loads planned together. Light bulky goods such as picnic mats, covers and non-woven bags are what fill the gaps around dense goods.
- Retail packaging treated as part of the product. Box, hang tag, barcode and display carton are specified and sampled with everything else.

Do you inspect before shipment?
Yes. Goods are checked against the approved sample and the packing specification before the container is loaded.
What certifications do you hold?
We do not publish certification claims on this site. Tell us what your market requires for the specific product and we will confirm in writing what can and cannot be provided for that item.
Can you handle documentation for my market?
Goods already move to sixteen named markets across Europe, the CIS, Asia, the Americas and North Africa, so the usual documentation is familiar. Send the destination and we will confirm the specifics.
Who owns the tooling if I pay for it?
Tooling ownership is agreed in writing before it is cut. Raise it at quotation rather than after the first sample.
Can I visit or send a third-party inspector?
Yes to both. Tell us the inspection standard and the AQL level you work to and we will plan the timing around it.
