ABS and PC are the two shells almost every hard-case programme is built on, and the choice between them sets the tone of the whole range. ABS keeps tooling and unit cost down and takes deep colour well. PC flexes further before it marks, which is what buyers notice after the first baggage belt. Blends sit between the two and are where a lot of mid-tier retail programmes land.

- Sets and singles come from different suppliers. Nesting sets and single sizes run on the same models here, so a set and its replenishment size actually match.
- Colour drifts between production runs. Colour is fixed against an approved sample before the first run and held as the reference for repeats.
- A season needs more than suitcases. Covers, toiletry bags, locks and duffels ship from the same order, so the container leaves complete.

Everything below is confirmed per model and per programme rather than fixed across the whole range. Where a value depends on your order, it is settled at quotation and locked on the approved sample.

How This Line Is Checked
The same four steps apply to every product Guli ships. They are deliberately simple, because complicated inspection plans are the ones that get skipped.
Approved Sample
Material, colour, hardware and packaging are signed off physically before production. Both sides keep a copy.
Production Reference
The approved sample is the standard the run is measured against, not a catalogue photograph.
Pre-Shipment Check
Goods are checked against that sample and against the packing specification before the container is loaded.
Packing Plan
Carton, inner packing and loading are planned for your route, because that is where most damage and most wasted freight comes from.

Yes. The travel range is offered with full model selection and customisation to your designs and requirements — that has been how Guli works since the luggage business started.

Both. Sets and single sizes run on the same models, so replenishment sizes match the set you already sold.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the model, shell and whether tooling changes. Send the model and quantity you have in mind and we will come back with a written quotation.
