RE-5000 5L rotary evaporator is an up-dated intelligentized product developed based on the technique of Switzerland Buchi company, adopt high speed performance single Chip Microcomputer controlling sector; special controlling process for different controlled object, elegent appearance and stable, reserved connects for special customer’s upgrade requirement.
Mainly used for concentration, crystallization, drying, separation, and solvent recover in various fields such as, pharmaceutical, chemical, and biotechnology industries.
Main Features and Benefits
1. Main body bracket is made of aluminum alloy, with reasonable structure and exquisite materials.
2. Sealing system adopts Teflon + imported fluororubber combination bidirectional sealing, which can maintain high vacuum.
3. All glass parts are made of high borosilicate glass 3.3 (GG-17), which is resistant to high temperature and corrosion.
4. Continuous feeding is convenient for customers. The valve-type feeding tube is sleeved with PTFE tube.
5. Upright double-layer serpentine coil condenser to ensure high recovery rate.
6. Large LCD screen can display the speed and temperature at the same time.
7. Intelligent constant temperature control of the bath pot, the PT100 sensor transmits the temperature quickly and accurately.
8. Fuse safety protection, and has the function of automatic power off to prevent dry burning.
9. Brushless motor, no spark, low noise, no heat, stable operation and long life.
10. Electronic stepless speed regulation (0-200rpm), rotating setting, easy to operate.
11. Bath liner adopts stainless steel + Teflon compound pot, which is fully enclosed and heated.
12. Driven by a micro motor, the host machine automatically moves up and down.
