Specification sheets change with each build option, so ZYLAB sends the sheet that matches the configuration you are actually considering rather than a generic file that may not match the machine you receive.
How fast do documents arrive?
Usually the same working day. Send the model name and we will attach the datasheet, the manual extract and the drawing where one exists.
Can we get CAD files?
Dimensional drawings and CAD are issued on request through WhatsApp or email once the model and options are settled, rather than published openly.
Which export documents can you issue?
Certificates of origin including Form A, Form E and Form F, plus the commercial invoice, packing list and test records for the machine.
