Solar Lighting Project Supply
From site data to delivered poles, the sequence we use to keep a solar lighting project from being specified wrong.
Most solar lighting disappointments trace back to a configuration chosen before anyone looked at the site. This is the order we work in instead.
Every Stage and What Usually Goes Wrong in It
- 1
Site Data
Problem A model is chosen from a catalogue before road width mounting height and sunshine hours are known
How we handle it We collect road class width pole spacing required lit hours and site location first, and quote nothing until we have them
- 2
Sizing
Problem Undersized batteries and panels fail in the first cloudy week
How we handle it Panel and battery are sized for at least three days of autonomy against the sunshine hours at your location
- 3
Model Selection
Problem One model is forced across every position in the project
How we handle it All-in-one models are placed where installation speed matters and split panel models where the panel must be angled or moved clear of shading
- 4
Documentation
Problem Technical evaluation stalls because the supplier has no datasheet
How we handle it A stamped datasheet is issued for the exact configuration quoted, so it can go straight into the tender file
- 5
Production
Problem Orders are traded out to whichever workshop is cheapest that month
How we handle it Units are built on our own line in Zhongshan, which is what has kept the specification stable since 2007
- 6
Testing
Problem Faults are discovered after the container lands
How we handle it Each unit is lit and charge tested as an assembled product before it is packed
- 7
Packing and Shipping
Problem Damage in transit and unexpected loading quantities
How we handle it Export cartons are confirmed with dimensions gross weight and container loading quantity before shipment
- 8
After Delivery
Problem No one answers once the invoice is paid
How we handle it Warranty and technical questions come directly to the factory on WhatsApp, quoting the model and order date
Models This Solution Uses
Solar Street Light ZYS-1500
ZYS-1500 is the top of the ZYS range and is specified where a single pole has to cover the widest span in the project.
View ProductSolar Street Light XL-ZYS-G1000
XL-ZYS-G1000 is the largest of the ZYS-G models and is used where a project needs the panel angled independently of the luminaire.
View ProductSolar Street Light XL-ZYS-T600
XL-ZYS-T600 is the largest of the ZYS-T all-in-one models, built for projects that want the coverage of a road luminaire without the installation time of a split system.
View ProductSolar Street Light XL-CK-150
XL-CK-150 is the compact unit in the range, aimed at pathways gardens and low traffic areas where a full road luminaire would be oversized and over budget.

What information do you need to start
Road width, mounting height, pole spacing, required lit hours and the project location. That is enough to size a configuration.
How long does a project quotation take
Once we have the site data we come back with the model configuration and datasheet. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you the current turnaround.
Can you handle mixed model projects
Yes. Most projects mix a large road model with smaller pathway models, which is why we quote by position rather than by single part number.
Start With Your Project Data
Send what you have and we will tell you what else is needed to size and quote it properly.
