What is the minimum order quantity?

Quantities are agreed per order rather than published as a fixed figure. Email [email protected] with the models and volumes you want and we will confirm.

Can I order different models on one purchase order?

Yes. All fifty-three models ship from the same factory in Bao'an, so a mixed carton is routine and does not change lead time.

Do you accept OEM and ODM work?

Yes. Housing printing, private label packaging, manual inserts and full ODM development are all handled on the same site as production.

What payment and shipping methods do you support?

PayPal, T/T and Western Union for payment. DHL, UPS, FedEx and EMS for shipping, or your own forwarder if you prefer.

Is there a warranty?

One year as standard on every unit. Long term customers also receive free repair service.

Are memory cards included with the cameras?

With two exceptions, no. The DVR-2KPNC has 16GB built in and the DVR-1080GTC has a 16GB DVR on board. Every other model takes a micro SD card bought separately.
