What Happens At Each Step
- Brief. A product idea described in words means five different things to five people. We start from the physical constraints. Enclosure dimensions, power source, target resolution, runtime and the market it ships to. The DVR-1080BOC bare module is often the reference point for a first conversation.
- Feasibility. Most projects fail on space, power or heat rather than on optics. The factory checks board footprint, battery volume and lens placement against your enclosure before anything is tooled.
- Sample. A specification sheet cannot tell you how a unit feels in the hand. A working sample is produced from your brief so you can test runtime, framing and night vision before committing to volume.
- Tooling And Production. A sample that cannot be built repeatably is not a product. Tooling and line setup happen on the same site as assembly, so problems found in production reach the design team the same day.
- Test And Pack. Faults found by the customer cost far more than faults found on the line. Units are tested and packed in house before shipment, which is where the specification sheet and the carton get reconciled.
