Our own engineering and sales team, working from the specifications of the products on this site. Where a guide quotes a figure, that figure comes from a model we make.
Can you advise on a specific installation?
Yes. Send us the equipment type, the voltage class and the terminals you have on WhatsApp and we will tell you which models fit.
Do you supply wiring diagrams?
Yes. Message us with the model number and we will send the wiring diagram and the installation manual.
Are these guides specific to your products?
The principles apply generally, but every example and every number is taken from a Smart Therm model so you can check it against a real specification.
