Requirement review
Problem: A brand asks for a private label range and gets quoted for full tooling.
We start by separating what genuinely needs new tooling from what does not. On models such as STN2020 a badge system carries your brand with no tooling at all.
Appearance and housing
Problem: Housing changes are quoted as a separate design project.
Graphic design and 3D model design are part of our project capability, covering front labels, housing colour, dial caps and backlight colour.
Firmware and defaults
Problem: Every unit has to be programmed on site after delivery.
We write factory pre-set programmes, setpoint limits, schedule modes and display units before shipment, so units arrive working.
Sampling
Problem: A range is committed before anyone has held the product.
Samples ship within 30 days, and we provide small batch testing quantities before a bulk commitment.
Production and packaging
Problem: Packaging and barcoding handled by a third party after arrival.
Instruction sheets, cartons, barcodes and master carton counts are produced to your artwork with the order.
After sales
Problem: Warranty claims bounced between brand and factory.
Online technical support, free spare parts and a return and replacement process, with onsite installation, training and inspection on project orders.
