Ultrasonic diffusers are the largest product family we build. The platform runs from a 130 ml desktop mini up to a 400 ml 24 V room unit, with plug-and-play operation, timing shutdown, water-shortage protection and mist output between 30 and 35 ml per hour. Housings are moulded in ABS, PP, PC and PET with silicone seals and acrylic trim, so a brand can change grain, colour and light ring without changing the core PCBA.

One atomiser platform, many finishes
The J-001 alone carries nine catalogue finishes on a single tool. Colour, wood grain and light treatment change without touching the electronics or the certification.
Published carton data on every model
Product size, colour box size, net and gross weight, pieces per carton, carton size and carton weight are published for every diffuser, so landed cost can be worked out before the first sample.
Noise stated, not implied
Below 20 dB on the 5 V models and below 36 dB on the 24 V J-102. A diffuser that is audible at a bedside is a diffuser that is switched off.
Water shortage and timing protection
Four-hour timing shutdown across the 5 V models and explicit water-shortage protection on the J-102, so the atomiser plate is not run dry.

Four Inspection Stages Between A Raw Material And Your Container
25 QC staff run these stages under an ISO 9001:2015 system.
IQC - Incoming Quality Control
Tests the physical and chemical performance of every raw material and records supplier quality. Materials that meet the standard go to the warehouse; those that do not are rejected.
IPQC - In-Process Quality Control
QC stations are set up at every process step on the line so that a defect is caught at the station that created it rather than at final assembly.
FQC - Final Quality Control
Finished goods are inspected to the AQL standard, or 100% inspected when the programme calls for it.
QA - Quality Assurance
Wear, tear and misuse testing, plus a warehouse inspection of the packed goods before delivery.
Raw material testing, PCBA testing and aging testing are carried out at 100 percent. Defective rate can be within 0.3-0.8%.
